Greetings MUMA supporters, it's been a while 😅 hope you all are doing well.

Our founder and CEO, Mr Nges Brian had a meeting with Libianca's father in the United States of America and here is what he has to say.

" It's always nice when you finally meet people you have been talking with on phone for a long time. Last weekend I stopped by at Mr Fred Fonji house in Minneapolis where we had a great conversation and looked at ways of developing and exporting Cameroonian talents.

Listening and seeing the genesis of where it all started for Libianca, the struggles of the dad and family, I believe there is a chance for everyone working hard while using the right strategies. Congratulations to Libianca, her team and the entire Family. Her success has to be a foundation stone for the new generation of Cameroonian artists." - Nges Brian

Young Holiday, one of the performers Artist at the last edition of Muzikol Music Awards and who is known for his deep lyrics, bars and punchline power is one of the most creative rappers in Cameroon with his Series "Back side news NEWS".

The episodes of this series are mostly centered around recent happenings in the society and he has featured other talented rappers like Wan Shey Official and Boy TAGwho joined him to tell stories through Rap.

This is worth applauding. Muzikol is watching and says Big up to you.

One right move Can Change your life, KRYS M is a clear example 🇨🇲

In May 2022, Krys M released a song that changed her life completely moving her from a rising artiste to a an Established artiste with the song of the year 2022( Chacun sa chance).

Some people doubted Krys M's potential and wondered if she is just another one hit wonder but On January 1st, 2023 Krys M teased fans with another song "Qui Croira Verra" ( he who believe will receive) which has gradually become a hit.

As you all know, Muzikol Music Awards celebrates professional excellence & Krys M has been excellent (constantly upgrading).

Note: Krys M has been releasing songs before now but they didn't gain such grounds, THIS IS THE POWER OF CONSISTENCY! She kept trying till she discovered her sound.

Meet Cameroon star Girl Libianca who has broken so many records in just 2 months.

Born Libianca Kenzonkinboum Fonji, known mononymously as Libianca, is a Cameroonian-American Afrobeats singer. In 2021, Libianca competed in the twenty-first season of American TV show The Voice and emerged in Top 20.

Fast forward to 2022, Libianca released a teaser of her song "People" and got over 100k videos in 1 month. The song was inspired by her cyclothymia and debuted at No. 2 on the US Billboard Afrobeats chart after it's official audio release in December 2022.

In just two months, Libianca has changed the narrative and instilled more confidence in Cameroon and other African artistes. She is arguably the female face of Afrobeats now and has received love from world celebrities like Drake.

The video of her song "People" now has 18 Million views in just 1 month making it the first Cameroonian artiste to Hit 18 Million streams in 1 month. Libianca's breakout was outstanding and full of surprises. At Muzikol Music Awards, we recognize & valorize outstanding talents from Africa and Libianca is definitely one of those talents to watch out For.

Muzikol Music Award wants to acknowledge one of the hottest media personality of 2023 in the name of Darling Lyonga Official .She is a TV Host at Dash Media with programs such as Hall of Fame With Darling Lyonga. Her program Hall of fame is aimed at bringing positive contribution for the betterment of Cameroon entertainment industry.
Darling lyonga was the Music Business Host for MUMA 2021 and also a part of the Dash media Team that covered the event.

The tremendous work she did throughout the event couldn’t go unnoticed.

SALATIEL - THE UNDISPUTED HIGH MAN GENERAL.

Today we celebrate a successful music executive, a successful label owner who brought many talents to the limelight, a successful producer who created great hits and above all a successful artiste with numerous hit songs.

Salatiel Livenja Bessong who is better known as Salatiel or "High man general(HMG)", is a Cameroonian Music executive and the CEO of Alpha Better records. he featured on Beyoncé’s The Lion King: The Gift Album on the track "Water".

On the first edition of Muzikol Music Awards (MUMA) which happened in 2020, Salatiel won his first MUMA Award under the category "Best song writer" and the second edition, he won two awards in the categories of Best Album of the Year and Best Male Artist.

So far Salatiel has won three MUMA Awards and has been nominated 12 times 👏. Making him the the Artist with most MUMA Awards. He is an excellent producer, writer and singer and above all a very supportive artiste. When you go to his page, you'll often see posts by him spreading love and supporting projects by other artistes.

It was an amazing moment at the red carpet of MUMA2021 which was hosted by the beautiful and talented Ngong Sandra Nyanghawho is a writer and a poet and her co-host MC Dibenja Ngotto a former Biggy 237 housemate and the CEO of Chat Center

It is interesting seeing Our African Giants like Shatta wale(shatta movement)- The First winner of MUMA in the Category of Best African Artist fill up stadiums in the Home countries. Congratulations to Shatta Wale and Medikal on the Freedom Wave Concert that took place at the Accra Sports Stadium on December 25 2022.

One of the most Remarkable moments of MUMA2021 was the keynote presentation from Mrs Tosin Sorinola the Media and Artist Director at Boomplay. It was such an honor getting insights of the application and how useful it can be for the Entire Cameroon music industry. We are also Partners with Boomplay and can handle both Music Promotion and Distribution on their systems.
