To ease the art of persuading an audience out there to take a particular action in your favor, experts have brought out a Very Simple strategy to help in the persuasion process.

This Strategy is what we shall be seeing soon.

But before we move into that, it is quite important to NOTE that What you are doing is *PROVIDING VALUE*. It could be *a product, a service, or an idea*. Therefore copywriting is just but the surest way of getting your audience to take action based on what you want them to do.

Day 9 COPYWRITING CHALLENGE

As a copywriter, one of the things you want to Do is craft Headlines that Attract your Audience. To do this your headlines need to be Attractive, interesting, and generate high levels of curiosity.

1.) *State the big idea or benefit*: Many people will engage in your copy if they are sure of the Benefits they will have so it is important to State the idea as your Benefit.
E.g
Create your stunning designs in minutes
2.) *Announce exciting news*: People Read magazines, Newspapers, and blog news because they love news.
This is Just basic human nature. Humans are curious, they want to know what is new.
Therefore it becomes interesting and attention-grabbing to write your topic as news.
E.g
*After several years of research, A product that enhances fertility has been discovered*
3) *The "how to" headlines*: Your audience will engage in your Copy when you are promising to be a solution to a problem they are facing. Since the "how to" headlines seek to focus on their wants and their needs, they are likely to engage in reading your copy.
E.g *How to easily win a lady's heart if you are not sure of what to tell her*
4) *Ask a provocative question*: Some of the best sales headlines are those that ask a question that directly involves the reader. The question must seek to protract the benefits of the idea your reader seeks to know.
E.g. *How do I know which computer is good for me as a graphic designer?*
5) *Softly Bark a command*: This one helps you to be direct, provide a benefit, and take a commanding posture simultaneously.
E.g *Don'n risk losing your property, secure your estate with our security Cameras*
6) *Relay an honest enthusiastic testimonial*: This generates high levels of curiosity as it capitalizes on the fact that people like to know what others about your service, product, or idea. Day 8 COPYWRITING CHALLENGE

Some Copywriting Techniques that helps keep your audience on your copy

Remember that the reason you are writing that copy is to persuade your audience to take a particular action you want them to.
This could be to purchase a product or service etc.
Therefore, it is very important to Keep them On your copy/Reading your copy.
Could this really be possible without a good copywriting technique????
Well let's see......

We shall be looking at some copywriting Techniques that will improve your copy and and help make it appetizing for your audience
1. *Use Super specific headline.* Headline that straight to the point. They should be simple such that at first site the reader is able to understand what your copy will be addressing
2. *Use Short sentences*
You do not want to stress your reader with long sentences that at the end they may not understand or maybe lose focus on a point you were driving.
3. *Use Slippery Slides*
Slippery slide are words or sentences that leads your reader from one idea, point, paragraph to another.
It keeps your ready going
(Remember the point is to drive them to last part of the copy to take action.
So this helps you achieve that without stress.)e.g well let's see.., take a look at this, here is the deal etc.
4. *Write Strong leads* In your first opening sentence, use strong leads to grab your readers Attention . Question that looks what they not had answers on are Good.
E.g Have you ever wondered why the richer keep getting rich and the poor keep getting poorer??
Now this should be answered in the next paragraph where in you assure them to deliver a solution to that. Use the if /then statement. E.g if this sounds like you, then Stay with me in this copy as we explore why this happens ... And so on ...............
5. *Sell using benefits over the features*
6. *Avoid Using complicated words that your audience may not understand*

Day 7 COPYWRITING CHALLENGE

*THE HEADLINE*
This is the first part of every Copy you will write. It is what readers see first on a webpage, blog, article, etc. It should make a powerful enough statement that the reader is intrigued. They should be exciting or something that really grabs attention.
*SUB HEADLINE*
It can talk about the benefits someone will gain from the product or service.
The subhead draws the reader in further, giving them something to think about. They should want to read more. This is through explaining, discussing the benefits the reader will get or how their life will improve, or encouraging action in some way. The subhead should directly feed off the headline.
*INTRODUCTION*
Here, you must know your audience.
Connect with them through their pain point
Take away the blame from them, you can blame the government for instance depending on what you are selling.
Aggravate the situation by expending the nature of the problem.
Then propose a solution( remember the principles of copywriting and apply them when writing your copy)
*HOOK*
Here you can use and craft stories that leads to an offer.
Offers are the best ways to sell(you sell without selling)
*MANIFESTO*
Here you tell your Audience what they stand to gain (benefits). You can also use the FOMO

*TESTIMONIALS*
Studies have shown that humans always want to know what the third party opinion is. This helps them to make better choices and so what others are saying about your product/service matters and is important to show your audience
*CALL TO ACTION(CTA)*
This is what you want your audience to do.
It is very important to say it in your copy.
Do you want them to click on a button to buy, join a group, comment , like or whatever action it may be, say it/write it.

Day 6 COPYWRITING CHALLENGE

1) *Know Your Audience* : As a copywriter it is very important to know your audience( an audience is a population out there to whom you are talking to)
2) *Connection With your Audience*
Trust though not easy to gain is very important when dealing with people.
This can be achieved through stories or through A pain point(problem) of your audience (this way they start feeling that you understand their problem)
3) *The power of Control*
People hate when you act like you are the ultimate/Almighty when it comes to a problem they are facing. Don't be too superior in your copy.
"Make your offer come to them as a choice when writing your copy"
(You sell your product, idea or service in your copy by recommending) let them have the power of choice
4) *Spark engagements*
This can be archived by attacking a general belief. This helps in keeping your audience on your Copy as they will want to proof you wrong by first seing what you ha e to say about that.

Remember your Aim is to walk them to point where you will ask them to a specific Action . Therefore it is important to keep your audience reading your copy.
5) *Agree to a weakness*
People connect with you more when you agree to a weakness in what ever you are promoting. So agree to a weakness,
then project a certain uniqueness about your product..This helps your audience to connect more rather than when you sound like you are or your product is the ALMIGHTY.

Value could be seen as a *Solution* You provide to a problem faced by a group of people or Individuals.

DO YOU ALSO THINK LIKE ME THAT EVERYTHING DIGITAL/ONLINE IS A SCAM????
Some years back when I was in the University, I had this quest to make money, the desire to always have an extra source of income. I believed in business which I know you also believe in Since i knew that i will be making profits from it. let me tell you what happened to me..... I had heard of this online business which at the time seemed so nice to me ''CHYMALL''.
I remember on one faithful day when a friend of mine introduced me into a Ponzi scheme business e.i Multilevel Marketing business where in i was supposed to make money by bringing 2 people to bring another 2 people hahahahahahaha... What a business ! As ignorant and misinformed as i was, I engaged ''investing'' 98k for what they call a VIP 2 package. Little did i know i was deliberately wasting my money a few months later the whole stuff closed.
This happened severally because I WAS CHASING MONEY. *(lesson: when you do not have what to offer(skill), you chase money)*. Have you ever been in such a scenario???
Now let me tell you something you may not have known, You will never get rich if you CHASE MONEY(lack value/skills). Know this and know peace.!!!!

You can only become rich if money chases you. I know you should be asking how??
Let me answer you..
This will only be achieved when you become valuable i.e when you are skillful
Do you know we are in the 21st century where the internet has taken over? Digital. skills are now the highest income earning skills.
We have skills like;
Copywriting
SEO
Sales funnel building
Graphic designing
Web designing
Running of ads for businesses and so on...

When you have these skills you become valuable and money follows you because of YOUR VALUE .i.e you have what people want and so they pay you to get it. Simple!!!

NB; i am not saying that this is the online way to make money neither am i saying that you will get rich making some illusive magic money but that these are some of the fastest ways of making an extra income in this century.
