Join Bless Foundation Health Unit on Friday, March 22nd for World Water Day, focusing on the theme of "Water for Peace."

We are seeking volunteers to participate in a cleanup and sensitization campaign in the Mile 16 community. Our goal is to promote good hygiene and sanitation, particularly around water catchment points.

George Weah is a former professional footballer and politician who served as the 25th president of Liberia from 2018 to 2024. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest African players of all time and the only one to win the FIFA World Player of the Year and the Ballon d’Or awards in 1995. He played for clubs in France, Italy and England, such as Monaco, Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan, Chelsea and Manchester City. He also represented Liberia in 75 international matches, scoring 18 goals. After retiring from football, he entered politics and became a senator in 2015. He ran for president in 2017 and won the election in a runoff against Joseph Boakai. He was the first African former professional footballer to become a head of state. He left office in 2024 after losing the reelection to Alexander.
