Dont let tomorrow meet you at the same stage you were yesterday. It will be very shameful. I know a lot of people who watched me grow from day 1 doing 20k in a whole month to now doing 6-7 figures in just 1 week/month. They watched & are still watching. When we hear of the word "lazy" our minds immediately flashes at people who don't wake up at 6am, or people who can't trek a distance etc.

Not long ago, I've come to understand that those are not the conceptual meanings of the word "lazy".

To be lazy holds the following:

-No Idea as to how they can get out of their present situation.

-Sittingdown doing nothing

-Always hanging out with friends

-Waiting for others to take the lead

-Watching too much television

-Not ready to learn new things.

-Engaging in non-profitable discussions and arguments.

-Wants to be catered for all the time.

And the likes.

Laziness is a deadly malady that will depletes you completely, if you don't find solutions to it.

Consistency is simply being dedicated in performing the activities you ought to do regardless of how simple or complex they appear.

Being consistent doesn't mean it must be done everyday, it could be weekly or monthly depending on how you schedule it.

Here are seven tips that will help you stay consistent.

1) Always remind yourself that the only way you can achieve your goal is to do the right activities consistently.

2) Choose to consistently perform these activities in agreement with your current capacity and not your coach's method.

Growth can come in later, avoid putting yourself under any form of pressure.

3) Choose discipline; change your mindset to performing these activities because you have to do them and not because you want to do them.

3) Allocate the time these activities should be done in a day, week or month and adhere to it strictly;do not procrastinate.

4) Avoid comparison: Do not compare your progress with anyone.

Walk in your lane and strive to do better always.

5) Save some minutes everyday to remind yourself why your goals must be achieved, and go further to imagining how beautiful it will be when these goals are achieved.

Having a picture of where you are going to, encourages you to keep moving.
