At evry point in time, you need acknowledge the work artist put in just to get you entertained. Most artist venture in to music with the aim of making money and some do it for the love of it. Those who do music with the aim of making money quickly give up when they are not making return of income. Those who do music for the love of the craft will hardly give up. In a country like Cameroon with a small audience especially the English speaking part working hard at times is not enough. Collaborating with artists from another country is a better solution to gain a wider audience. Most of the times an is artist More appropriate else where than those around.. Now let me relate you back to this. Young Holiday is a Cameroonian artist who have being doing music for long length of time now. His music speaks for itself, one of the best Hip Hop artists in cameroon, best lyrics, Punch line, word play, most conscious rapper but it seems his work is less appreciated here. If it wasn't for the love of the craft I don't think he will have still been doing it or better still switch to singing. But this brother stick to his arts. Now see the effect collaboration. But do you really think Cubana chiefpreist is guilty. This lady from nowhere appeared on the internet space months back crying that Cubana abandoned her and her son. Given the striking resemblance, one is tempted to believe her but on another note the son also have a striking resemblance with the mother. My question now is , if she is doing this for clout chasing. Why have Cubana chiefpreist refused a DNA. Cubana have all the money he need. If he accept a DNA that alone will implicate him and his family. So what's the way forward
