It was a massive success as 35 children school fees, books and pens was fully paid by ZOZAC Community.
This event took place at one of their projects site ZOZAC HealthCare Center in Likomba-Tiko community.

*Tiko Council says Cleanliness is next to Godliness*

Since ever the Tiko Council headed by Mayor Mesoso III launched the 2023 clean city campiagn on July 5,2023, the gateway city has been on the limelight.

Tbe exercise that was officially launched by Mayor Mesoso III in Tiko and mutengene later moved to the other zones of the municipality such as Mongo and likomba zones whereby the gateway city has received a new facelift.

From the Mongo bridge through the Ombe River up the Plantecam hill, when visiting Tiko u will think another Jesus Christ will be there the next day. Tiko Council so far after employing some Youths and Women who are incharged with the cleaning of the municipality has also beautified the gateway city.

The Trees which are part of nature all painted, Schools renovated and painted, the bridges in the Municipality all beautified such as the various Roundabouts. Moreover all Gutters and Public Toilets in the various Motor parks and Markets that were abandoned for years are now functional.

It should be noted that Tiko Council under the leadership of HRH Mayor Peter Ikome Mesoso III has been preaching cleanliness as for the past years especially during the summer holidays Youths and Women are employed to cleaned the various neighborhoods of the Municipality to give it a facelift as he himself (Mayor HRH Peter Ikome Mesoso III) is always on ground to see how things are unfold.

*Chief Mbollo Ndedi of Missellele Village preaches peace at interquarter tourney*

The chief of Missellele chiefdom one of the villages that make up Tiko Sub Division, HRM chief Mbollo Ndedi Yves Patrice last Sunday August 27 and Monday 28, 2023 presided the finals of two interquarter football tournaments at Missellele village and Missellele Central Camp.

The tournaments which were aimed to bring the youths of these neighbourhoods together during the summer holidays was a blessing to the population.

At Missellele village precisely at the Catholic Mission Field during the final of Sesseko Taboko and brother Fadiga De Milano tournament where NRG of Muanga defeated Mongo fc after post match penalties, the traditional authority called on the population to embrace peace and always love one another.

Same words were echoed during another final on Monday August 28,2023 at the Missellele CDC central camp.

It should be noted that the tournament at the Catholic Mission Field in missellele sponsored by sesseko Taboko and brother Fadiga De Milano had as cash prize the sum of one million francs cfa involving teams from Missellele, Mongo, Keme, Muanga and the Creeks.

An accident just happened at Daliko Likomba and took away life of a mutegene bite rider.
This happen as a heavy duty truck trued to overtake a cargo and knock down the bite rider as he was coming down from Mutegene carrying two passengers which they came out alive while the rider died.
