Every sin is found in the subconscious mind. Any repeated action is a function of a memory that is built overtime. And what you do as sin is not the act, it’s the intention, the action is only fueled by the intended outcome you desire. So you want to be entertained you switch on the tv, so the action of switching on the tv is not the desired outcome that is why you zap through channels to find the one that will provide the gratification you want.

So is sin, you don’t watch po*******hy, fornicate, lie or steal because of the action but bec you want to satisfy a certain desire. So the desire sponsors the action. To break from certain things, you must kill the knowledge of the pleasure it brings. Every sin is a function of a knowledge gained by observation, participation or communication. To stop the repeated act, ask what drives this action? What’s the intention and is it good? Then compare it with what the word says. Because the knowledge of the word supersedes the carnal knowledge that makes you sin. To break free from this you need to spend time to get another knowledge that counters the knowledge that gives rise and births that sin. You keep struggling with drinking smoking because you’ve not gained higher knowledge.

Prayer is Good, but until that prayer births an encounter it will not help break that addiction. So the shortest way to come out of it is to eat the word, listen to it daddy has many on telegram. The more there is another knowledge stronger and constant in your subconscious the previous knowledge to sin dies and it’s forgotten.

Go for Knowledge and that knowledge is found in the word only. You want to break free from worldly songs? Listen more to Godly songs deliberately.

Sin is anything that rises above the knowledge of God in your life. That’s why the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God, to fast down every thought and imagination that rises above the knowledge of God.

Go for knowledge.
