To much to list It was the year 1987 when Sergei Kuhn aka "Se.rio" bought his first set of turntables and mixer.
Influenced by all his heroes like Grandmaster Flash, Afrika Bambaataa and the strong italo disco and acid house movement in the 80's, he simply did not exit his room until he was able to scratch and mix perfect dj tapes like them. Not much longer he was asked to scratch in a studio for a rap group. There he got introduced into electronic music and the unlimited possibilities with sampling. He was
hocked and could not turn his back to the new evolving techno or house music anymore. Buying records and dancing into endless nights every weekend was his life until 1994. This year was the kick start to take his turntable skills into the clubs. today with a collection of 30 years of music his dj sets can be very versatile. Reading the crowd and figuring out the right track is still his favorite act. Playing in clubs like Salon zur wilden Renate (Berlin), Liquid (Miami) or at HIVE (Zurich) he pleased some of the international and important dance floors and lives his ambition until today. Having experienced and collected many different styles of electronic music and still not seeing an end of fascination and love for it, he decides to take another step and become a producer. The drive to learn on new music instruments and software is unbroken ever since his first piece of equipment in 1987. In his own productions you can hear that there is no definition of genre or style. It is a combination of everything that he loves from the very beginning of it...
