Dear friends of electronic dance music
Today is a special day for me. As of today, I officially have no permanent job and am starting a new adventure in which I will focus on producing and playing music.
For the last 10 years I have worked as a secondary school teacher and spent many hours in the studio alongside this work. I have continued to develop my music and production skills over these years. Most of the time I have done all the processes except mastering myself.
However, as an artist, studio work is only one part of the whole. Marketing, making contacts, promotion, etc. are an essential part of success. However, I often lacked the time and energy for this part of the work alongside my mentally and intellectually demanding work as a teacher.
I have no problem spending 12 hours in the studio. On the contrary: it makes me happy. For this reason, I have decided to take a new path without a fixed job and to give my life a new structure.
I have received a lot of great feedback on this decision and would like to thank everyone for it. I would also like to thank everyone who will support me on my path in the future. Be it with bookings, buying and sharing music or with motivating words when things aren't going so well.

OUT NOW! This is a very important and personal release for me. I release these tracks without any label because I like to share some thoughts behind these tracks with you!
Please take some time and read the following texts before you listen to the music.

"Society of Pills" is a techno EP for the dancefloor with a profound background. Matching my thoughts on the tracks, the artist Albana Hajzeri has designed 4 covers. At the individual tracks you can learn more about the background of them. The tracks were mastered by my friend Jonathan Leuenberger aka John Rayet, with whom I had many deep conversations last year.

We live in a society where it is normal to swallow pills for any purpose. Without them we are in pain, we are sad, too emotional and stressed, or we have too little energy. If we don't have them, we are missing something. "Society of Pills" is a track that wants to draw attention to this without judging.

Our world has changed a lot in recent years. Peace can no longer be taken for granted, even in Europe, climate change is increasingly showing its effects and more and more people can no longer cope with their lives. At the same time, you see mostly only happy and beautiful people in social media. With "Dark Times" I want to show that techno music can also draw attention to darker aspects of life in this day and age.

The title doesn't have to be taken literally. For me, making music and performing in front of an audience is a great source of energy. It helps me to work through problems and find joy. Nevertheless, it is also often stressful, frustrating and tiring to compete in this business. But when I see people dancing to my music on the dance floor, I am "Never Tired". This track is a techno edit of a 2020 original released on Mirror Records with Vocals of the street singer Nanou.

This track is about a ghost who takes on all the worries of his fellow man. He takes them in his arms, listens to them, shares their sorrow and happiness. He also cares about the problems of the world and wishes that everything will be better. He often forgets that he too needs a spirit to take him in his arms, listen to him and share his sorrow and happiness. I wish that every person has a "Ghost" and is also one himself.
