Commencing in 1965, Henschel as represented by Hedströms Motor AB in Uppsala, began to establish itself in Sweden. By the end of production in 1974, a respectable 200 units of the legendary lorries were made in the country of the two top dogs, Scania and Volvo. It would be nice to see the heavy semi-trailer and tractor set driving down the road once again. Luckily, there are some model builders with great skill like René Tanner and they can look over the garden fence and visualize to their hearts’ content.
