Fish in the Boardroom Fish in the Boardroom is a bi-weekly podcast featuring Swiss leaders discussing what organizations a Have you ever felt like a stranger in a meeting room?

Maybe you were the only woman, the only black, young, ... in that room, or you were just the only one to notice the lack of diversity. After 15 years in corporate, I have grown increasingly intrigued about this question. Not that I believe that I have intentionally been held back, but I have noticed that many underrepresented people with great potential get lost through the pipeline. In the podcas
