along the way, I've met incredible people who share the same drive and growth mindset.. people who inspire, challenge, and support each other every step of the way..

The gym has become more than just a place to work out.. it's a community that fuels confidence and connection.

met a woman today who said “i love your body but i don’t want to be bulky” I was like girl don't worry! we women can’t get bulky and doesn't have enough testerone for that unless we’re on steroids 😄 strength training just makes us stronger and more toned 🥰✨
