SPACE is PRECIOUS - The more floor space you have the more real estate you have to offer. Removing extra large overpowering furniture and replacing it with furniture that fit the space was key in this case.

To paint, or not to paint a fireplace..... When preparing property for sale I encourage owners to paint dated colours and fireplaces where time allows. Example: The homeowners had a large well maintained but dated home on the market, and after months it never sold. They were ready to try again the following year. When I met them, I encouraged them to paint the fireplace and wall colours throughout to create a blank canvas for the next home owner. Result: Sold in 1 day. PS. You could also paint your fireplace screen black. In this case time didn't allow.

HAPPY Client! Although stuck at home like so many, my client sent me a note indicating she is "so thankful and grateful for the wonderful bedroom/office combo" we created for her in 2019.
