Verliocks Locations:
Verliocks can be found in the swamps, especially around Lubech. There are two spots where you can shoot them without them being able to hit you1.
You can also find young Verliocks in the same areas.
Collecting Chitin Plates:
Verliocks drop Chitin plates when killed. Make sure to loot them after defeating the Verliocks.
Once you have enough Chitin plates (usually 10), you can turn them in for the task.
