We’re gutting the bathroom 🛁 The poop smear toilet is still in place, in case of emergency 😅 We are starting fresh with this bathroom replacing the floor down to the joists and the walls back to the studs or brick. 🧱 I’m conflicted about whether to install just a shower or re coat the metal tub and put it back in with a shower spout above 🤔 Thoughts?

We’ve been busy cleaning and removing debris in one of the upstairs bathrooms 😁 you can watch at 4000 speed! The walls are not in great condition and while the brickwork underneath is great, how do I incorporate that much brick in to the design? 🤔 The small amount of insulation left was gross to work with 😭 we do have the original law foot tub in great condition and the sink so I’m pretty happy about that 😊 I need some ideas for the space as we now have water! Here’s the latest update on the safe situation. I’m thinking I might need to move to the next stage and drill a hole 🫤 I called Chubb who took over this safe manufacturer and they said it could be weeks before I might get info back from them! So how about drilling a small hole from the side? I’m pretty sure the hinges just hold the weight of the door when it opens so I’m not sure taking that apart will help any.
