Bushidō was completely prevised for action accuracy. ✨

Set in feudal Japan on a cold, winter morning, a samurai duel begins. We collaborated with 2 great performers from the Vancouver Eishin Ryu Iaido Club who were instrumental in making plausible choreography that transported us to our ancient Japanese set where the fight takes place. ⚔️

🌐 Our Hangzhou team recently hosted the prestigious Blue Planet Versatile Vision Sci-Fi Film Festival, a three-day film market style event that drew over 200 top executives and decision-makers from leading Chinese studios and platforms. This included Alibaba Group, Billi Billi, and iQIYI.

The unique festival featured immersive Virtual Production studio experiences and attended by the Chief Representative of the Motion Picture Association of America (MPA) in China, top Chinese director Lu Chuan ("City of Life and Death" and Disney's "Born in China"), and producers of projects like the top-grossing "Wandering Earth" series.

The festival was created to give sci-fi filmmakers and projects a larger platform in the industry allowing for exposure and support of real-time technology and how VP can benefit the filmmakers’ vision and pitch in our rapidly evolving industry. 🎬
