I get dopamine from the workout itself if I make it kind of like a game. Time yourself, create quick moving rounds and simulate a sport even if you're in the gym.

But how do you validate?
How do you make sure people feel they actual need your idea??
1. Find an audience (yours or borrowed)
2. Target (ads, calls, messages, q and a's)
3. Engage (share solution, get feedback, make offer, get more feedback)
4. Ask for transaction (go with the idea, pivot it, or go back to the ideas and pick another one
