There is a need to be a class called “Observe your surroundings.” The other day I was lucky to witness this memorable sunset with my loved ones. This photo reminds me never to look away. You never know what you are going to miss if you keep looking down.

As a child, I was always shy to look at people eye to eye, and I grew up in a society where it was rude to look at people straight to their eyes. Now I am slowly learning to keep those eyes open for unforgettable and simple moments. I am grateful for these eyes. 👀

Current phase - Lockdown 4

I sit on my first class chair, listen to “Beautiful Day” by U2, and observe this planet from a distance. This one whole year had plenty of surprises for all of us. Sometimes we know what will happen, and some days we are lost in our thoughts. We wait, and we wait to get out again. The unprecedented times got in our heads and consumed our bliss. But, I could hear a voice from the people who passed away yesterday and a thousand years ago that “too shall pass.” We have to remember to take care of each other. The bigger picture is not about fighting humanity.
Let’s work together to fact-check every data out there.

I was always insecure about my weight, and I did not know where to start. I was once 220 pounds, it was difficult move around with all that weight, and after few years of grinding I lost 70 pounds. Don’t worry it wasn’t easy, it took patience, dedication, and some crying. Honestly, fitness changed my whole life. I feel flexible and more energetic. Most importantly, you don’t need a gym, you could go for long walks, go run, do bunch of push ups, and eat more greens. Trust me it’s not that tough. And when you have a friend like , they will help you build healthier habits and a sustainable lifestyle.

Lately I have been thinking about this term, “Amor Fati” - “an attitude in which one sees everything that happens in one's life, including suffering and loss, as good or, at the very least, necessary.”
Every interaction and creation adds so much more depth to our lives, good or bad, I am happy to experience both. We are always winning from these experiences.
