About The Podcast
This podcast traces its roots to a group of Oilers fans in Southern Alberta celebrating the Edmonton Oilers’ drafting of Connor McDavid in 2015. The Oilers’ Stanley Cup run in 2017 was the catalyst in bringing this podcast to reality. The first OilersYYC Podcast was published on June 30, 2017.
We love Calgary, and we also love the Oilers. We are proud to represent Oil Country in Southern Alberta, and we hope to bring together other Oilers fans in the region.
