The Dartmouth SPCA was robbed. Yes, sadly you read that right. 💔

Someone broke into our storage shed and stole our pet food and beds. We are heartbroken.

This has been a difficult two years and we understand that this was likely done out of desperation. So, we want to take this opportunity to remind everyone that we are always here to help – especially in a time of crisis. It never needs to come to this.

We have a new security system and are working on restocking our shelves. Can you help fill hungry bellies?

‼️ Donations to help refill our pantry can be made from the safety of your home at: www.novascotiaspca.ca/helpnow We can buy food in bulk and often save with a charity discount. More food for less! ‼️

Our shelter pets thank you for your kindness and generosity. Please stay safe and be kind to one another. Thank you!
