What is This?

Simply put it's a podcast presented by NLSA. The podcast focuses on coaches, players, and people behind the scenes as the Girls and Boys U16 Teams gear up towards the 2025 Canada Games hosted in St. John's.

You will hear from players and how they got involved in the program, what they are learning and what they hope to get from this experience.

You will also hear from coaches and their expectations and journey into the program.
