Cortisol levels reflect your stress levels ⬇️🙃
How many times in a day do you realize you are experiencing symptoms that are not your “normal”?
For me - it was almost daily. My cortisol was at an all time high from constantly living in fight or flight my body started to REAACCCTTTT. But I blurred and numb to the idea of thinking “oh you know what something could be wrong” .
Eventually I thought I was too far gone ; after constantly avoiding the signals my body was providing .
Anyone have ringing bells going off? ✨ SAME.
Except - you’re never “to late” or “to far gone”.. you acknowledging something is wrong is the first step. And let me reiterate - these symptoms that we are told “are normal in womanhood or motherhood” are surely NOT NORMAL.
Hormonal imbalances are NOT NORMAL. Point blank.
