After nearly 8 years since his last short film, Shawn Martin begins production on a new project this summer starring and co-produced by John Houston via Problem Entertainment.

Today, I am proud to announce that I have been working on a very heartfelt and meaningful tribute song to one of my best friends whom passed away in September at the young age of 21 after battling her entire life with a heart disease and other issues.

"Myranda's Song" showcases the emotions I felt during our friendship and what has gone through my head since her passing.

I composed the music, lyrics and melody and was fortunate enough to find someone with a singing voice that showcases the emotion I intended while writing it.

"Myranda's Song" will release on November 19, 2023, what would have been her 22nd birthday.

It will release on all streaming platforms and digital stores.

All sales from the release on the Bandcamp store and my merchandise website will be donated to the IWK Hospital.

I am releasing this song with full approval from a member of her immediate family.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Due to our disc manufacturing partner making the business decision to end production, we are making the announcement that the recent release of My Design Immortal's "Paper Thin" CD will be the last hard copy media we will be releasing for the foreseeable future. This includes our parent company's DVD and Blu-ray releases.

The album is now considered limited as on June 4, 2021, all of our titles will no longer be available for purchase on Amazon.com as that is currently the only place to buy our CD releases.

We are currently seeking a new distributor for hard copy media. Our digital releases will not be effected by this and will still be available on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music and many others.
