When people tell me they don't have time to eat properly or workout, it always raises my suspicion of their daily life.

Do you really not have time, or are you just not making it a priority?

Could you throw a yoga mat on the floor and do a 20 min workout, or take the kids or dog out for a walk around the neighborhood... or are you choosing to scroll aimlessly through your phone or watch an episode on TV?

Did you know that you can check your phone settings to see just how long your spending on each app every day/week? Take a look... you may be surprised.

IF you're into counting calories... Do you really count every calorie ?
Let's see 👇🏻

When it comes to counting calories, it is very easy to miscalculate some of them.

For example, many people forget about the oil they cooked with, the toppings they are using and the drinks they had.

These can add up pretty fast and you can go to thinking you eat in a deficit when actually you eat in a surplus.

A good tip is to look for the toppings that are as low in sugar/fats as possible, so that they have less calories.

Another thing is to never use more oil than you need. You don't need much oil to cook most of the foods. Use a cooking spray :)
