Founded in 1995 by Director/Writer/Producer, Ed Kucerak, the company has produced documentary films with a variety of Canadian and US broadcast partners: American Public Television; CBC, Discovery Channel; Knowledge Network; OMNI Television, TFO; TV Ontario; and TV5. And in 2017 Director/Writer/Producer Danielle Rolfe came on board because she was compelled by the potential for documentary film to increase viewers’ awareness about various social justice issues. Her training as a health services researcher is reflected in her films that focus on topics related to equity and access to health and social services for underserved communities

Kublacom's films have been screened in numerous Canadian and international film festivals and broadcasted in over 30 countries.
