Now, don't let our charming demeanour fool you - we may be podcasters, but by day we're the digital team at , the home of 95.5 Hits FM, Cool 100.1, InQuinte.ca, and the Mark & Charity Coffee Podcast.

It all started with a spark of inspiration - two like-minded ladies with access to microphones and a dream. In April 2022, we mustered up the courage to ask our bosses to let us start a podcast. Our 2023 Brazen Woman of the Year recipient, Stephanie Rayton is the Founder of MopsInc. , a successful business woman, and a valued member & leader in our community.

Stephanie is originally from Barrie and is a mom to three amazing girls. She relocated to the Bay of Quinte hoping for a slower-paced lifestyle. After settling in and getting to know her new community, she launched her business, Mommy Mops, which has since rebranded to MopsInc.

MopsInc. is a commercial cleaning service that puts vibrant cleanliness at the core of everything they do. The team of vibrant, quirky, laugh-loving people offers cleaning services for large commercial spaces, hotels, and multi-unit vacation rentals.

Stephanie is a fearless risk-taker who genuinely loves what she does, with her focus on the growth and development of her business. Stephanie is the definition of a Brazen Women, and we are looking forward to seeing what she will accomplish next!

Today we are putting the spotlight on an inspiring and accomplished woman in our business community, Marg Hachey.

Before moving to Quinte West in December of 2019, Margaret owned a Technology Company for 32 years. Duocom Canada helped clients across Canada to communicate by designing and integrating boardrooms, meeting rooms, classrooms, tactical control rooms, theatres and lecture halls and staging large events. It’s success earned it recognition as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Private Companies two years in a row.

Chatelaine and Profit Magazines recognized her over a 10-year period as ranking in the top 10 of the Top 100 Women Business Owners in Canada. As a founding member of WPO (WomenPresidents Organization) in Canada, Margaret has an opportunity to network and support other women in like roles.

Today, Margaret is currently the Managing Director of GroYourBiz , an organization that builds peer-to-peer advisory board for women entrepreneurs in 18 countries.
