Bloom Flower Festivals is excited to bring you the second annual Tulip Festival, featuring four acres of tulips in Spallumcheen.
There are more than 20 varieties of tulips as well as photo opportunities, food trucks, a U-pick field, cut flower sales and a picnic area.
