This Creamy Shrimp Fettuccine 🍤🍝 is pure comfort on a plate! Here’s how to make it at home:
Ingredients
🍝 8 oz fettuccine pasta
🍤 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧀 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook pasta: 🍝 Follow package instructions for the fettuccine; drain and set aside.
Sauté garlic & shrimp: 🔥 In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink (about 2-3 minutes), then remove from skillet.
Make the sauce: 🥄 Pour heavy cream into the skillet and let it simmer. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
