I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It was the first time in almost 2 decades, I left my the doctor’s office feeling good about myself.

The saying "age is just a number" is weird to me. But it's something that I disagree with. It's weird to be with someone double your age or half your age. It's weird to me seeing people 40+ messing with 18 and 19 year olds. Just because something is legal, that doesn't make it right. Legality is not a guide to morality.
