Keeping on track can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when you have a lot on your plate. Here are some easy tips to get back on track.
(1) Rise early, if you need time to plan your day, start your day with calmness, exercise or just enjoy the stillness of the home before everyone stirs. This is my number one tip to feel better instantly. I love having my tea first thing while (2) I journal quietly then I (3)plan my day. It takes time to get into writing but as you ease into the morning routine it comes naturally.
(4) Stepping away from caffeine first thing when you wake up is a game changer for balance. Xx have the most beautiful day.

Woo hoo!!! It seems like forever since I started this project, but its almost ready to go live now! My new website will launch this weekend. It is a place where women can access free resources and online training. Everything I am passionate about from lifelong learning, sustainability, formulating, and ofcourse everything beauty oriented. I am delighted to be offering one on one bookings for beauty services for 40+ women exclusively. This is where my heart is leading me... back to what gave me the most satisfaction and enjoyment. Island Skincare is still my baby but she is standing on her own feet now so I can do more of what inspires me most at this stage in my life.

Thank you for your kindness. To those who have donated to Indigena’s Skin Cares Campaign “Buy One Give One.” Today is our last day of the campaign.. healing beauty gifts will be delivered to Stella’s Circle early next week so they can be gifted to women in NL just in time for Christmas. We couldn’t not have done this without you! To date we have sold over $9500.00 with the Skin Cares Promotion on our website! From as far as New Orleans and Alberta we have fulfilled orders since we started Skin Cares. We are working toward $10.000 hopefully we will meet our goal by midnight tonight! I am so thankful as as our staff and volunteers who have worked tirelessly over the past month to make this happen. Fergus Hartery you are my wingman xoxo. Need to moisturize your body and want to try a natural DIY recipe?

Mix 1/2 cup of melted or fractonated coconut oil and or Grapeseed Oil with 10 ml of your favourite essential oil (s) and 1tsp of Vitamin E. You can add dried botanicals to increase the antioxidant power of your formula, we love Labrador Tea and Lavender. Pour into a glass mason jar and seal. Place Mason jar on windowsill in sunlight to infuse then place in sink and fill to rim to melt to apply post shower or bath.
