My unpopular opinion of Facebook ads for real estate agents…

If they didn’t work I wouldn’t have spent tens of thousands of dollars on them. Trust me, they work.

Generating leads through Facebook ads is the easy part though. It’s what comes after that where most fall short. That’s follow up…

It’s not enough to just generate a lead. You need to keep in constant contact with them and remind them that you are there until they are ready to buy or sell.

Otherwise the next Realtor will come along when they are ready. So don’t give up. Sharpen those follow up skills, combine them with your Facebook Ad strategy, and you will get deals from it

If you want to get more leads as a Real Estate Agent then make sure to listen to your community’s needs/wants in housing and then run an ad offering a free list of what they are looking for.
