I need everyone on this planet, especially HG mom’s, to know about this plant medicine healing option. Because unfortunately, many doctor’s will never mention this and instead, hand mom’s “solutions” that don’t work.
Plant medicine is truth and my dream is that one day it becomes so normalized nobody thinks twice about a mom microdosing her medicine.

I love hanging out with Jenna because she understands the struggle of postpartum HG: both of us still physically and mentally affected by our pregnancies that happened 2 and 3 years ago.
We share ideas and strategies about eating, parenting, and mental health. I am so thankful for her friendship and our kiddos are best friends it’s so cute!💚✨

Hey If you had HG before the year 2000 you might’ve been tbh! 🤣🤷♀️
HG is a maternal health crisis with an ugly historical legacy. I can’t help but think about how suppressed our mothers, grandmothers, great grandmothers etc were. How many of them were called crazy or categorized as hysterical? Told what they were going through [HG] was ‘in their head’ and the aftermath that followed?
How many of them called a witch for using natural remedies? For speaking truth?
Here’s to the women who do not stay quiet about truth and do not hide who they are, who stand up for what is right; even if everyone else around is following the crowd. Here’s to the women who recognize the true power of Earth’s medicine and use it wisely. Here’s to the women who see the magic in themselves and the magic in others.

Some Justice for Pregnant Starving Mom’s ✅
Mom’s who have a medical card will no longer be persecuted by the State of Arizona for using cannabis during pregnancy.
HG moms: getting a medical card will give you an advantage in any State. My hope is that other states and countries will follow suit.
The world needs to recognize that plant medicine saves lives. Especially during Hyperemesis Gravidarum.🥹💜

HG mom’s from Indiana and shared this with the HG🍃 group this week. How mind boggling to live on the same planet as HG mom’s who do not have access to medicinal 🍃🤯! How mind boggling to live on a planet where OBGYN’s call CPS on HG mom’s. How mine boggling that cannabis helps HG moms yet is so stigmatized some moms and babies don’t survive. These messages are on billboards, IN OBGYN OFFICES, at dispensaries in legal places even, and on products of course. I wonder who is funding these messages? 😆

One of my goals in 2023 was to learn how to make bread. (I had never made it before!) 🍞🥖 Lots of moms have told me their recipes but I had trouble actually doing it; I needed to see it being made first for my brain to grasp it. My lovely HG mom friend taught me her family recipe while our toddlers burned their energy running around the house today!😆🙌
Now I can make this recipe whenever I’m hungry for some bread and share some with others- I’m super excited about that. 😋✅
