We started 33.3 as a way to help artists in a time of need. Almost two years later, that need hasn't gone away. To date, we've disbursed over $40,000 to artists and curators.

Now, we've partnered with The Unison Fund to help as many artists as possible. All proceeds from the sales of 33.3 will go towards supporting Unison's ongoing activities to serve as a lifeline for the Canadian Music Industry.

Unison’s financial assistance does NOT effect your eligibility for government support. Assistance received from Unison is a charitable gift and is not reported as taxable income. If you are deemed eligible and receive funds from CWLB or from EI, you may still apply for Unison’s COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund. : Ferraro

The band aptly named 'Ferraro' was formed by the three Ferraro brothers, who are no strangers to the Toronto music scene.

The brothers are sons of Paul and Anne Marie Ferraro (Sannella) and nephews to the late Paul Sannella, who teamed up to open the Cameron House in 1981, long before Cosmo, Gianni, and Tally were born.

Having taken in a lifetime of music, being surrounded by artists and musicians that occupy the rooms of the Cameron House, their sound has been influenced by the bars eclectic past, and bolstered by their own individual musical tastes.

The eldest brother, Cosmo who is the current owner/manager of the Cameron House and Co-Founder of Cameron House Records states, “Gianni and I started playing together when I was 14 and he was 10. Not long after that, Tally wanted in, and we told him that he had to learn to play the bass if he wanted to join the band; he was six years old then.”

It wasn’t long before they would start playing shows to friends and family in the back room of the Cameron House. With Cosmo on guitar, Gianni on drums, and Tally on bass, Ferraro is transforming a lifetime of experience into a well-oiled recording and performance machine as they rev up their career aspirations.

: Maya Killtron

Maya Killtron makes music that is fun, feel-good and makes you want to dance. Her playful style and lush upbeat take on Modern Boogie have landed her features in Noisey, Earmilk, & Huffington Post. Singles have appeared in episodes of Broad City, Kim’s Convenience & soundtracked collections for Swedish fashion house Gina Tricot. Her vinyl 12” and limited edition 7” have sold out to collectors and boutique record shops around the world.
After releasing 2019’s Never Dance Alone 12” the Toronto based singer, violinist and DJ now finds herself at home in Modern Boogie and Funk. 2020 marked the release of her follow up EP Fired Up. Recorded at Palace Sound in Toronto it was the result of a partnership between Maya and producer Gil Masuda (Love Touch Records, The Precious Los). The EP features a long list of live musicians with arrangements all done by Killtron & long time collaborator Montreal/Vancouver based keyboardist/saxophonist La-Nai Gabriel. The music is every bit as joyful as Never Dance Alone but rings out with more confidence and maturity.

In addition to her career as a solo artist she is a frequent recording collaborator, writer, producer & touring/performing violinist/vocalist for many Canadian and International artists including The Arkells, Polaris Prize winning Haviah Mighty, Canada’s Walk of Fame, The Launch and is one of the voices of Eggo Waffle.

Partnering with Outrun Records (Calgary) and LoveTouch Records (Toronto) Maya is set to release a slew of singles leading up to her 2022 sophomore album Persimmon.

EN : De Flore is the undeniable union of singer-songwriters Sarah-Anne LaCombe and Mathieu Gauthier. Born in the same village, on the shores of the Ottawa River, the duo is wrapped in a timescape creating music which seeks to capture the invisible. After releasing a first acclaimed EP (Figure Déserte) anchored in the new wave of artists that blurs the boundaries of genres, the duo passes from electro-roots to dream-pop.

Here for the party!

Nicemark is a Toronto based project led by Mark Calderone who writes, records, and produces his own music. With a love for fuzz and funk, amongst other four letter words, Nicemark's music is fun, colourful, and bright. Like citrus to the tongue or a neon sign to the eye, Calderone's infectious energy will put a smile on your face and a dip in your hip.

After recently being featured on CBC's Kim's Convenience (2021), Calderone has his eyes set on a full-length project and a tour in support of his efforts. Nicemark's love for many musical stylings is apparent in his writing and production. Seasoning to taste and enjoying himself while he's doing it, Calderone is one to watch for in Toronto's blossoming community.

: LTtheMonk

LTtheMonk, originally from London, UK, first fell in love with hip-hop when he was eight years old. After hearing classic hip-hop albums from the era such as The College Dropout, LTtheMonk knew that he had to find out what this music was. Combining this with an interest in reggae (shown to him at an early age by his Jamaican mother) and rock (via his Irish father), LT’s adventurous love of music and performing onstage grew throughout the years, culminating in the release of his first EP at age 17. He has since grown into a vibrant and compelling talent. LTtheMonk’s 2015 debut album, Monk in London, described his career, relationship with his home city and journey to adulthood. His 2017 release The Dark Side of the Monk was an introspective and wide-ranging session rooted in California production aesthetics and informed by contemporary race politics.

Having moved from the UK megacity to Hamilton, Ontario in 2017, listeners might expect LT’s latest outing Kinks, Drinks & Hip-Hop to reflect another leap in personal and artistic evolution. And they would not be disappointed. The album is as questioning as its predecessors, serving up an in-depth exploration of his romantic relationships, place in hip-hop and the music industry, and more discoveries of his persona. The album’s title nods to Diamond D’s 1992 classic Stunts, Blunts & Hip-Hop, but the album is of-the-moment and crisply defined by local players — the sounds of Hamilton producer Judah Jump, plus Hamilton hip-hop and R&B artists Hoss Bowman and Viktoria Csik — as well as collaborations with New York’s YoHanMadeTheBeat, and longtime friend, producer ROYOS from South London. London-made and East-Coast trained, paying homage to his home city as well as the New York MCs who were his inspiration to begin rapping after his first discovery of hip-hop.

: KASHKA KASHKA

KASHKA is the ever-evolving dreamy pop project of Toronto based musician Kat Burns. Burns has never been one to sit still- over the last decade she has been slowly creating an extensive body of work that stretches between genres but keeps her unique songwriting nestled in the centre.

Her latest offering 'soft' is due in February 2021 and is a pillowy dreamscape of songs marking the time the world stopped to listen harder. Written over the last few months of 2020, 'soft' was recorded produced and mixed entirely by Burns herself, partially out of necessity (it's a pandemic, after all) and partially to hone her skills. Her skills have been getting a good workout since she completed a prestigious residency at the Canadian Film Centre and began to incorporate film scoring into her career. Most recently she scored a beautiful folkloric short film Lola's Wake [directed by Tricia Hagoriles] which won the WIFT-T award at Reel Asian Film Festival in 2020. Her music has also been featured in television shows like Killjoys, Kim's Convenience, Amazon originals and more.

In her "down-time" Kat illustrates, maintains a voice-over career, and publishes videos on her YouTube channel. Not one to sit still, indeed.

: Ivy Gardens

Heavy, hairy, sticky and loud: the purview of Ivy Gardens, a three piece unit from Ontario, Canada that’s been building their signature sound since it’s DIY origins in 2014. Joe Zandwyk’s beaten-to-hell drums, Sebastian Hogg’s stabbing organ, wall-shaking bass synths and Andrew Blackborow’s heavy, pummeling riffs - all crucial ingredients in exacting the band’s unique vision. Sometimes under the influence of classic Sabbath or Queens of the Stone Age, but regularly bringing to mind the 90s “alternative”: bands like Kyuss, Helmet, or even Shellac, and their focus on bringing new sounds and new ideas to an old medium.

: The Honest Heart Collective

Collectors gather stones to display on shelves. Musicians accumulate experiences and stories they save for the perfect song. The Honest Heart Collective is a sill emblazoned with captivating shapes and sounds: the space between a promise and pain. Rooted in Thunder Bay, Canada, they build earnest and urgent songs with the tools they’ve gathered over time. From finding grief rights to near death experiences. Incendiary relationships to a life-changing moment at a Springsteen concert. Incessant coast to coast touring to a DIY studio build. Odd jobs to odd stories. Fair-weather friends to faithful family.

The Honest Heart Collective roars like the timeless electricity of a rock
show in the 60’s colliding head on with melody driven, dirt stained indie and revivalist emo. They exist at the intersection of old and new, exploring the spirited cracks between. Where the band’s first self-produced album, Liar’s Club, beckons up-tempo, alt tinged anthemic rock, Grief Rights, produced by Derek Hoffman (The Trews, Logan Staats), is the mature older sibling, answering darker questions with meticulously crafted riffs and intentional songwriting.

: Idris Lawal

I discovered music growing up listening to my parents’ mixes and Hollywood soundtracks. I can recall weekends and car drives in Lagos where my dad would play long mixes of popular Nigerian musicians (Fela Kuti, King Sunny Ade, Sir Shina Peters, Sonny Okonsu, Sir Victor Uwaifo, Ebenezer Obey). My exposure to western music came from soundtracks I heard while watching movies like The Bodyguard (Whitney Houston) and Indecent Proposal (Sade) with my mom & aunts – having to close my eyes during make-out/sex scenes would expose my ears to the background music that accompanied those scenes.

At 15, an Introduction to 2pac’s ‘Changes’ by a friend would spark an interest in rap music and inspire a focus on poetry and lyricism that shapes my writing even today. Growing up in Nigeria, Qatar, South-Africa and Canada; again I was blessed to be exposed to so many cultures & I think that early exposure would become the foundation of my genre-bending sound.

Today, I draw from a variety of musical influences including rap, afrobeat, highlife, afro-pop, r&b, soul music and blend into what I call
