Running a business or personal brand can be time consuming and overwhelming. There are so many different aspects you need to take care of such as bookkeeping, scheduling, inventory, customer service and so much more. There is also the aspect of not even knowing how to start using social media for your business. Our Story 🤍

Hey there !! If you haven’t met us before, we are Cait and Taylor, Co-Founders of Ethereal Social Co. (Cait in slide 2, Taylor in slide 3).

Earlier this year, I decided I wanted to get into the Social Media Management world and reached out to Cait to see if she wanted to join! She came back with a hard YES! From there we started working on our branding and aesthetics. We then launched in April and it’s been a wild ride ever since. We have had the opportunity to help many amazing small businesses build their brands and social media presence which in turn grows their business. And we want to help yours too!

In the summer Cait and I decided that we wanted some extra help with the back end work and began our search for an intern! That’s where we met Bri (slide 4)! They have been an absolute life saver when it comes to helping us with the behind the scenes work. We really wouldn’t be able to do it without BrI!

In September of this year, a lot of personal issues with all of our lives came up so we decided to take a step back and focus on ourselves and our families. From there we decided our previous branding really didn’t suit the aesthetic we were going for so we worked on a complete rebranding - new fonts, colours, logos, and new offerings!

That brings us to today, we are soft launching our new branding for the month of December and will be celebrating our official “Grand Re-Opening” on January 1st 2023!

That’s our story, and we can’t wait to hear yours one day too!

🗓 Check your schedule for any sales or specific launch dates

🗓 Start by making content for those dates, then fill in the remaining with quotes, reels or infographics related to your brand/business!

🗓 Plan any story posts you will want to go along with the feed posts or any events that don’t need to be made into a feed post

We're looking to hire a social media intern to join our team!

This is an unpaid internship position, for approximately 5 hours weekly. Aimed at individuals who are passionate about social media management, content creation & spirituality. Our hands-on intern opportunity helps to gain practical experience in a dynamic & growing industry!

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Find new & exciting ways to engage followers to drive awareness to our brand
- Direct message, email & digital file management
- Research for trending content Ideas
- Quick posting
- Create & maintain content calendars
- Occasional assistance with creation of images to support content calendar
- Occasionally upload to social media
- Review user generated comments & posts in a quick & timely manner

The Ideal Candidate:
- Has advanced knowledge of Social Media platforms
- Knowledge of analytics, tracking & social media monitoring
- Passion for Social Media Marketing & Influencing
- Knowledge of Google programs, Notion, Planoly & Flodesk is preferred*
- Basics knowledge of Canva (or similar graphic design program) is preferred*
- Detail oriented skill-set & possesses excellent writing, communication & interpersonal skills
- Must have current smartphone/device
- Must have access to secure wifi-network
- Local to North Bay, Ontario or Salmon Arm, British Columbia preferred*
