Ladies and gentlemen it is with a heavy heart that I have to say to you this will be the final episode of 86’d. I’m sharing this episode because in recent events I’ve noticed the industry taking a very bad turn and it’s something I can’t really handle.
I have loved this industry for my whole life and it kills me to talk about it this way.

To all our listeners and fans thank you from the bottom of our hearts we appreciate all of you so much.

So fare warning this episode has a lot of negative outlooks on cooking and the restaurant industry.

Thank you everyone from the bottom of our hearts.

P.s for all of you out there that love and respect each other and your job, keep going you may be the only ones who save this industry

Good morning you amazing people

So we will be up and running very soon, I’ve decided not to take the summer off, that being said please bare with me as there have been some major changes. I have all new equipment that I’m being taught how to use so I can record on my own eeeeek. I’m not that great at computers so we will see, also I’m setting up a new studio which is going to take a week or so to get up and running. Big things are coming up and I have many ideas and plans in the works so from the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone that has listened to the podcast thus far and just you wait this will be awesome.
