Of course, realistically, we know that social media will never be canceled. We can’t help but wonder if it was.

DOING THE F*CKING WORK.

There’s no magic wand, manifestation technique or fairy godmother than is going to come save you and deliver the life you want, and if there is…then ride that deep into the sunset, girl!

What are your goals? Saving for retirement? MAKE A PLAN AND SET UP ACTIONS.

Grow a business? DO THE RESEARCH AND PUT IN THE HOURS.

Get a degree? APPLY, STUDY AND EARN THAT BABY.

Get fit and lose that last damn 10lbs? SHOW UP.

There are TWO major events happening in the social media world that may have us all wondering:

"WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR US?"

First; the recent developments concerning TikTok and Instagram are poised to impact Canadian users and content creators significantly...let's discuss it shall we, because frankly...WTF!

The overview on TikTok↓

· A federal appeal in the U.S courts has upheld a law requiring ByteDance, (TikTok's Chinese parent company), to retract its American operations by early next year due to national security concerns.

· The court rejected TikTok's appeal, emphasizing the potential risks of Chinese government access to user data.

· ByteDance faces a deadline of January 19 to comply, or TikTok will be banned in the U.S.

While Canada has not announced an outright ban on TikTok, the U.S. actions could influence Canadian policy, and Canadian creators with substantial U.S. followings may experience a significant reduction in their audience if a U.S. ban is enforced.... like MAJOR. ✨Some creators anticipate losing up to 83% of their audience!

TIP: Start diversifying platforms and engaging more with our Canadian followers.

We have seen an update with the Instagram's platform grid!..and while, this isn't making MAJOR news, it DOES change how you must adjust your planning and scaling of content.

"Instagram is transitioning its profile grid layout from the traditional square (1:1 aspect ratio) to a vertical rectangular format (4:5 aspect ratio). This change aims to better accommodate vertically oriented content, enhancing the visual experience on profiles."

Why you care?
Your profile may be affected by cropping due to the new aspect ratio, potentially altering how content appears on your profile.
Adjust your content creation by using the 4:5 aspect ratio to ensure optimal display within the updated grid layout!

You know the term you can't bulls*t a bullsh*tter? Well that's me when someone is trying to "sell" me. I have enough sales training to know when I'm being spoken to with strategy and out of pure resistance, I won't budge...even if I KNOW I want it going into the situation.
..buuuut last week I was on the other end of a sales call that I just couldn't resist...I felt it happening. The girl (James was her name) hit every nail on the head and saw ME...everything I'm struggling with, need solutions for and every desire in my cold little heart. Let me tell you...she was GOOD. So ...I succumbed. I invested into my future. I invested into myself...I was SOLD. She kinda killed it, and won me over.

But if I’m being honest…she didn’t PUSH me. She SPOKE to me. There was no funny business…she did a great job at connecting with me, offering solutions and making ME feel confident enough to pull the trigger.

Got me thinking…STOP BULLYING YOUR CLIENTS OR LEADS INTO A SALE.

Last I checked, *assumingely* your clients are whole *ss adults who were capable of making decisions for themselves. Instead of trying so hard to overcome objections and get them to commit before they are ready, try taking it back to basic connection.

If you are fiercely passionate about what you do for your clients, your service will sell itself.

Respect creates loyalty and that is EVERYTHING.

Ciao, I'm Victoria!

The year is 2025. We are DONE playing small and are ready to t-a-c-k-l-e life by the b*lls to build the life we crave. We are embracing our flaws and showing the f*ck up anyways.

We got this.

After being a working mom of two, I quickly learned that climbing the corporate ladder wasn't for me. I dove into entrepreneurship in any capacity I could, allowing me to be present in Motherhood and earn the income I needed to. Fast forward to today, my kids grew and I was able to follow my dreams and raise my THIRD baby - my brand.

The goal was to be a one-stop-shop for other business owners, alleviating the stress and headache of outsourcing. TBE offers an exclusive Creative Media experience like no other specializing in everything you need to show up, level up and THRIVE online.

Hey - im Victoria and my story and the story of TBE goes a little something like this: • I was a 20-something mom who needed to contribute financially to the home, but costs of daycare, travel and hours away from raising my 2 young kiddos outweighed the income rate. • I became self employed immediately from starting a side hustle photography business and diving head first into running my first home daycare programming in the best way that I could. This allowed steady income that I learned to maximize, AND be available for every drop off, school pick up, nap time and many years of “firsts” with my babies and some others ❤️. I loved knowing that if other moms couldn’t have that with their little, that I could be the next best thing and know they are in good hands. In both my new photography business and daycare, o I learned to conceptualize, market and focus on client experience until word of mouth took over. I learned the ins and outs of business management from design, accounting, scheduling, editing, the laws of childcare, website design, and so much more. A lot of failures happened in those early years…But a lot of wins too…replacing the salary of my last “employed” position was the first goal. It was several years later I surpassed that. I worked A LOT for MANY years earning little money and scraping by…but I did what I had to do. Fast forward to the last 5 years of life when I had to move past all the “security” of having a second income in my household. I really had to light a fire 🔥 under my ass. I needed to expand my business, my services and all the skillsets needed to do better. I wanted to LIVE BETTER and confidently support myself (and kids) while giving myself opportunity to do the things I always had to sacrifice. Doing it all on your own isn’t easy. We sometimes need support and brains to bounce ideas off of. I now want to BE that for you. This is how TBE was born. Offering a variety of services

We all don’t get the chance to start off RIGHT and let me tell you… I FAILED IN BUSINESS SO YOU DON’T HAVE TO!! I really was just out here “raw-dogging” my business and brand. Building off a “hunch” and a “whim until you realize the importance of: • backend processes • quality support • including yourself in your brand • consistent content • marketing within platforms • client experience And so much more. What was your first business fail?

It is said that people tend to buy off of, invest on and support the people they know, love and trust. This is why most businesses start with your inner circle. The ones you have on your personal social media, family and friends!
