I've seen organizations send out releases that were:

I am a high-functioning introvert. I bet many of you are, too.
I don't enjoy crowds or being in the spotlight, but my life's work has always meant I embrace both.

👉🏿Prioritize your quiet time. You need to set aside time to recharge and fill your tank.
