Had this svg in our system for so long, can’t remember where we got it from, but thought it was a beautiful design so we decided to engrave some Ash we had lying around too. It turned out pretty good after sanding and applying

So, tests completed and first cut also completed! This repair was successful, so I am able to close the main board chamber again! Thanks to Brandon and everyone really for the continued help and fast turnaround! I was able to also confirm now the and work at the same time, so this will make my work easier 🤗 now on to try on a 3B+... since now doesn’t seem to like my advanced v carves anymore...

Wow sent me a replacement stepper motor! Thanks guys! Let’s test this out, it was an easy swap all because they sent it with the belt gear already attached!

Sometimes after pre-checking everything, homed five times, zeroed twice, things still manage to fail.... it's kind of disappointing but I think I need to upgrade.

Issue of my cutting deeper than programmed to... and then making a whole disaster, this seems to happen every time I update the cad software: Carbide Create. and Carbide Motion

I might start looking for an upgrade.... but I feel like that would be so disrespectful.... even after being so nice with their support... but there just seems to have problem after problem after problem....

Had some free time on Sunday so cleaned up not only the house, but also the tools that I use every day 🤗 someone 🙄 had spilled gooey drink on my keyboard so I had to fix the sticky keyboard and why not.... might as well clean all the dust and what not

Well, most of you might disagree with what I’ve had to do.... for some reason after upgrading to a and a from for my or maybe it was there all along but there was enough space for the wires to stay put.... but now that they are all squeezed in the box, my machine’s acting up.... so I decided to (since winter is over) leave the machine running without it’s case... I’ve fiddled around with it, but even after re-soldering all the joints and connections. It still causes me X-axis crazyness ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ....

The guys at carbide 3D have always been great, so reached out and let’s see how they help🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🥺🥺🥺... not sure if it’s the board or the stepper at this point tho...

I was able to make some boards this weekend tho...got a nice video coming up soon if I get some time 😁😌😇

Installed Bitsetter and cleaned the CNC with a toothbrush! Productive weekend I say 🤗🤪 Machine got fixed too, was acting up but well, results are pretty great! ❤️❤️❤️

Lessons learned: make sure the wiring starts from the bottom of the piece 🤣🤣🤣, second: make sure not to use ribbon cable when wiring sections of the LEDs, third: planning, plan, don’t just do 🧐🤪
