When young people come ask for a photo at events I turn 10 shades of red because I’m humbled, honored and honestly don’t know what to say still to this day.
I miss my own children dearly but to be surrounded by this kind of raw respect is a memory I’ll always cherish

After 4 very long years…
I am finally understanding how to monetize Facebook.
I want to sincerely thank all of you that utilize the star system.
When you press the stars they transform into $
I never set out on this media path to earn money though.
I went in with my heart in 2021 and despite the roller coaster I kept going.
The publicity was an accident
I guess my name didn’t sit well with some and it became a household repeat on media.
“ what is that crazy woman up to today “ 🙃

Well I’m on the flip side looking up I can tell you that.
I’m older and a bit more wiser this round
( I hope )
If I was to close my media at this stage as some might have secretly hoped ( it would be a loss )
For both of us …. I know my Real WHY and till I’m divinely nudged to close media I’m here
For some of you birthed through trauma knowing that someone will always be there to care is a thread that keeps some going in life.

I look forward to the new path as it unfolds
I’m not on a hunt for revenge in my path
Maybe at times I took the sookie train as an excuse to drink a few beer.
No more … and if this is what brought me to the gift of sobriety in my life, no complaints
I’ll gratefully admit and accept it

So this is an accumulated amount since Feb 1st
Not bad for a rookie 😉

I’m letting you take it from here.

This morning I woke.
Ironically and against all my own insecurities at times, I knew it was time to pursue even bigger dreams than yesterday but in a naked state of mind and spirit.
It’s been 3 days off any energy drink or natural medicine.
( *many people need this, I am grateful we have it, I don’t judge and I am no prude by any stretch )
I need to be prepared in the sheer case I’m asked to represent or care for anyone or anything even more so since learning so much with indigneous culture.
I’m daily near something or someone sacred.
I couldn’t see myself coming off and on.
I had to choose. So I packed up anything that was my comfort go to.
This is a dream I thought impossible till I decided to really put my entire heart on the line.
I’m going all in

I agree with the elders I spoke with today
A fire in February would put others at risk getting sick with cold and take away from the work it takes to look because someone has to tend to the sacred fire at all times.
The energy needs to be in searching.
My heart is very at ease hearing this as February is considered one of the hardest months.
We keep on looking knowing the elders are supporting our efforts in mind heart and spirit.

Remember this could be a son, husband, friend, father. Itch is a Grampa this year
We all have a past but the man I got to know was doing good things for people despite his anxiety and panic. He was always there to help
And proof for me that he is legit missing is that his welfare cheques and glasses are at the house. Enough said

Inverness County District RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in locating 37-year-old Jillian Bridget Mae Denny. She was reported missing on July 6, and was last seen on June 26 on Gabriel Sylliboy Rd. in Whycocomagh.

Denny is described as 5-foot-6, 160 lbs. She has long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black dress with a light blue blouse.

Investigators believe Denny may be in the Halifax area, and could be driving a black 2021 Ford Escape bearing Nova Scotia license plate GUX 253.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those who know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jillian Bridget Mae Denny is asked to contact the Inverness County District RCMP at 902-625-2220. I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out how to describe the feeling I get from cold dipping.

What started out as a fun personal challenge has quickly turned into an ESSENTIAL part of my day.

It isn’t difficult.

It isn’t uncomfortable.

It isn’t forced.

It’s literally the BEST part of my day and is giving me so much more than I can possibly put into words.

I’m still working on being able to articulate just how GOOD cold dips make me feel but until I can figure it out…I’ll say this.

Go find something that makes you feel amazing. Commit to it. Make it daily practice. Give yourself the gift of something that just feels good.
