Mongolian Beef 🥩
So easy Any beef slice thinly
Cover with some corn starch
Then pan-fry in a bit of olive oil
Then Take the beef out
For sauce
Two tablespoons of soy sauce
One tablespoon brown sugar
Two teaspoons ginger paste
Two teaspoons minced garlic
Tablespoon of sesame oil
Salt pepper and cayenne

Dissolve One teaspoon of corn starch in a bit of water to thicken the sauce
Let simmer for two mins
Then add the beef back for 5 mins and you are done 🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻
Topped with some sesame, chili flakes, parsley and green onions 🙌🏼
