Want your restaurant to turn first-time customers into regulars? Here's a genius strategy from Jon Taffer you’ve probably never heard before! From setting a red napkin for first-timers so you know it's their first time to handwritten offers, this is the Bar Rescue hosts how to build customer loyalty step-by-step:
1️⃣ First visit: Get them in by offering a free "rib dinner" and connect with them to make it special.
2️⃣ Second visit: They come back because at the end of their first visit you gave them a handwritten "$5 chicken" discount so they come back.
3️⃣ Third visit: They came back because you gave them a great hook with your free cheesecake so they come back for that.
Statistics show that after a third visit, there's a 70% chance they'll return again! 🍴

Guys, we just wrapped up this awesome shoot at Reunion Bistro, and I’ve gotta say, the food here is something else. That Hanoi Braised Beef Cheek? Insanely tender and packed with flavor. And then there’s the Creme Brulee…like, come on, who doesn’t love cracking into that caramelized top? Dare I say it’s better than the Creme Brulee at the Mandarin! This place just gets it. If you’re looking for a spot to chill and eat some amazing food, Reunion Bistro in Morriston is where it’s at. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. #foodiefinds #chilleats
When you convince yourself you're allergic to lobster, but it looks too good not to risk it. 😋🦞
sometimes you get an idea and it doesn't turn out.. but this was not that time 😂
