It’s crazy to think that it’s been about 17 years of baking and decorating with each year teaching me something new.

For those of you who might be newer to this account- this used to be my original baking page! If you scroll, scroll, scroll lol, you’ll find all of my older baking photos!

Overtime it turned into more of a lifestyle page with the introduction of Instagram stories where I shared more of the behind the scenes and family life! People usually call me The Cake Mama so it works! 😂

Another day at Disneyland in the books and today was filled with meeting characters! 🏰

While doing rope drop allows for LOTS of rides under your belt before noon, strolling into the park a few hours after opening means you get to meet all the characters! 👑

Did you know the app tells you which characters are out and about and where? It’s a handy feature when you’re wanting to get those photos with your faves! 📸 AND if you get Genie+ all photos taken by a cast member are included!!

Vegan Strawberry Pop Tarts - make these to take a trip down memory lane! 🍓

As a vegan I’m an avid ingredient reader. 🔎 And while I know Pop Tarts aren’t the healthiest thing on the planet, I can’t help myself from checking to see if they happen to be vegan friendly (spoiler alert they’re not)

So! As I do, I find a way to make them myself. These are relatively easy to put together (even easier if you use store bought puff pastry) and so so delicious!
