Hello everyone and thank you for following SLOAN MEDIA.
We have been hired to work on a film project that will likely change the course and direction of SLOAN MEDIA due to the nature of the film but considering the risk and potential to make a impact we have taken the plunge.
We will be filming, producing and marketing an upcoming film with the goal of getting the message out about an urgent matter that is about to change our country and thousands to potentially millions of people’s lives.
On March 17th, 2024, the Canadian Parliament may make MAiD (Medical Assisted in D*ing) accessible to those with mental illnesses.
Chris the owner has worked with people transitioning out of homelessness and into permanent housing for several years and has encountered beautiful people dealing with mental health injuries and illnesses. Many of these people have considered or even attempted to take their own l*fe and our fear is when marginalized people with mental health challenges go for medical care to the hospital, they may not return home.
We are working with a team of people to produce a film about human value. Through the film, our aim is to promote greater access to mental health resources for those suffering instead of MAiD.
