Every habit is made up of smaller habits stacked on top of each other. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There is often a set up of other habits which is necessary to build a foundation first before you can consistently perform the habit you actually want. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Example: bring lunch to work. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sounds simple enough. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But you have to pack a lunch in order to bring a lunch. If you cannot do that consistently you won't be bring a lunch consistently.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Alright, well in order to MAKE lunch, i have to have the food at home... did I go and buy the food already? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Now I gotta start looking at when I grocery shop, and how i grocery shop. What are my habits around that...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
