Give yourself a little time each day that’s only for you. You’re mental health is so important and a lot of the time when we are juggling everything that’s going on in our lives, we forget about ourselves.

So often I say, I’ll relax tomorrow after the house is clean, all my content is posted, after I respond to all my emails and entertain my children, but then slowly I start to get overwhelmed.
I get frustrated easier, I feel less creative, and things start to feel overwhelming. I’m not at my best and no one around me gets the version of me that they deserve.
So take a long bath, go for a walk, read a book, whatever it is that brings you joy.
Don’t feel guilty for taken some time to yourself.

Success comes with a lot of negativity that you have to navigate through, people will constantly remind you of all the obstacles that are in your way. You already know they are there and you don’t need to hear it on the daily. Sometimes it’s better just to emerge after you’ve fought your battles behind the scenes!

The signal light thing though; that’s what I really want everyone to take away from this post!

Sometimes I feel guilty when I sit back and do something just for myself. Actually guilty!

There's kids, work, the dirty house, the pets, always something that requires my constant attention, so if I have an extra hour to get caught up on the laundry, I must.....Right?
Yet, I've come to realize that without that little piece of time for myself, I'm not the best version of me to attend to all theses things around me.

So let the laundry wait!!! Unwind in whatever sparks you with joy and Happy Friday!

Sure, you could pay $100 for 10k followers, but with Instagram and Facebooks algorithm, the bots that are liking your pages and posts are eventually going to be deleted and you will be right back where you started.

That aside, bots are not interested in your product and they certainly will not be buying from you.

You have to keep in mind that genuine engagement with 1000 followers who actually want to buy your product is far more important than having 15k vanity likes.

The point of social media is to connect with customers that are interested in something you have to offer.

The idea behind having a social media manager is making sure that you are reaching the potential customers that didn’t even know they wanted your product until it scrolled by their news feed.

At the end of the day authentic followers always make better buyers!

I just checked my ScreenTime under settings on my iPhone and I was surprised at how much time I spend on my phone! Almost an entire day goofing around on my phone! Google maps doesn't count though! I get lost a lot in

Seems like a need a bit of a reality check! Cause I don't normally work on my phone, just on my computer!

Stopping and thinking about what you are grateful for through out the day is such a little habit, that requires little effort but gives so much back in return!
