First the blood work: no my symptoms are not due to “other” conditions. Plus, hormone test confirmed I’m in menopause so here we go. Estradot plus progesterone. Tiny little patch, stuck on my butt, and note to self to remember to properly dispose of the little plastic covers (think band-aid) so I don’t wake up again in middle of the night thinking it’s moved to the other cheek… Has to be changed twice a week, so every 3 1/2 days.
