Salmon is easily one of my favourite fish and it’s so simple to cook with great results in the air fryer. Try it served with steamed rice, grilled spring onions or broccoli, crispy shallots (you can use pre-made ones from the supermarket) some pickled vegetables or with soba noodles and long stem broccoli or broccolini. Or use roasted sweet potatoes as the base with any vegetable you fancy.
