I usually start my day with a to-do list. Whether it's for business, housework or just because I feel unorganized. It helps me keep my feet on the ground and I feel accomplished when I start checking things off.
During these days of covid life can feel chaotic, even if it's at a standstill in lockdown.
If you feel this way try making a list of small things you can do each day. Chores, errands or even self-care items are great ideas for your list. See if you breathe a little easier once you start checking the boxes.
And yes “drink coffee” is always on my list and I always hope it's the first thing in check off 😉
