In a world obsessed with constant improvement, "The GAP and The GAIN" offers a refreshing perspective on achieving success. 🌟
🔍 Rather than focusing on what's missing, this book reminds us to appreciate how far we've come—the GAIN. It challenges the notion of always striving for more, urging us to embrace our accomplishments and find joy in the present.
💡 Through insightful anecdotes and practical strategies, the author encourages us to shift our mindset away from the GAP and into the GAIN. By celebrating our progress and building on our strengths, we unlock untapped potential and new levels of fulfillment.

🤣🤣🤣 Do you relate? I love working in Canva, teaching others how to use it, and checking out all the latest updates.
Dogs, kids, partner, you name it. There are plenty of distractions when working from home, and sometimes you can't hide it from other parties in a meeting. Do your best and don't stress about it. We all know that it happens 😊.

😂 I know I'm not the only one who psyches themselves up before phone calls. Even when you're really excited about the reason for the call, it can take a few minutes to be ready for it.
I love a good Canva hack! This one's been available for some time now, but I still talk to people who aren't aware of it. Changing your fonts or colours is so easy thanks to the Change All tool.

💥 This is your reminder that, even if you can do everything online, you still need in-person interactions. Make sure you get out of the house now and then!
Do you make sure to get out of the house? 😁

I'm not saying you should abandon IG. However, if you're struggling with reach and engagement and conversions, this is the perfect time to focus more on another social media platform.
Keep posting on Instagram, but see if you can grow and reach your goals elsewhere.
Positive reinforcement in the form of reach and engagement is really helpful for keeping you motivated to create content. You just might need to find that on a different platform right now.

🤔 Do you add voiceovers to your reels?
This technique is especially helpful for narrating short form content like day-in-the-life, order packing, and tutorial videos.

Just a reminder for your Friday - you're awesome and you've got this (even if it doesn't feel like it).
Here's the problem - burnout 😵💫 doesn't just go away. I know because I've been there and I've tried the ignore it until it goes away approach. It doesn't work.
If you're feeling burned out with social media, there are always things you can try like:
✅️ Repurposing content so you're not creating new content, or
✅️ Experimenting with different types of content that are more fun for you.
But the best way to fix burnout is to ✨️TAKE A BREAK✨️.
Get away from it. Don't post for a few days or a week or whatever you need.
Social media is a JOB. It doesn't matter if it's just one of the many jobs you do in a day as a business owner, it's still a job. We all need a break from our jobs at some point. If
When was the last time you took a break from social media? Let me know in the comments 👇.

Seriously, don't hesitate to use the BLOCK button.
Constructive criticism is great to help you build your business. Personal attacks, trolls, and hateful comments are not. This is YOUR space and you don't have to put up with it.

Look, can we all agree that no one actually understands the algorithm's intricacies? 🤪
Instead of obsessing over what the algorithm (it's actually algorithms, plural) is doing, focus on creating content that your audience wants to see.
👏 Serve your audience, not the algorithm.
Your core community will seek out your content, even if it's not being pushed to them by the almighty algorithm. Those are the people you're creating for. They're the ones your business is there to serve. So say "to hell with it" and have fun!
