It has been an inspiring challenge for researchers to find practical and useful solutions for managing agricultural waste. By-products from monocultures, such as leftovers from soybean production, corn cobs, straw, sunflower seeds, and cellulose, are frequently used as animal feed, composted into the soil, or even turned into energy to reduce waste and lessen the environmental effects of agricultural practises.

A team of property experts at GetAgent, a UK-based real estate group, has recently unveiled a series which reimagined some of the world’s most iconic buildings in a range of different architecture styles. The series, which features fifteen visualizations created using the AI tool Midjourney, offers a unique glimpse into what these fictional structures might look like if they had been built in a different era or designed by a different architect.

Japanese SHOPKIT mobile store can be assembled with ease like DIY furniture. The project arose from the need to create a temporary structure in replacement for a building that was undergoing reconstruction. After the building was back up, SHOPKIT was repurposed so that it would not go to waste.

At the heart of the futuristic megapolis sits the landmark Mukaab — a cube-shaped skyscraper large enough to fit 20 Empire State Buildings, towering over the city as an icon of the kingdom’s ambitions. Imposing yet intricate, the volume is enveloped by delicately carved geometric motifs emblemizing the kingdom’s Islamic history and recalling traditional Najdi architecture 400 meters high against the skyline.
